Post-Fire Damage Assessment of Industrial Facility

Structural integrity assessment following fire damage to an industrial furniture manufacturing facility comprising both precast and cast-in-place concrete construction. The assessment involved evaluation of fire-induced material degradation, determination of residual structural capacity, and recommendations for repair, strengthening, or replacement of affected elements. 

The project required understanding of fire effects on different concrete systems, interpretation of visual and material evidence, and development of practical recommendations under time-sensitive operational constraints.
